Alfa Romeo Cuore Sportivo, published in 2010 to celebrate the Biscione marque's centenary, retraces its history, from 1910 to the most recent developments with the latest model produced, the Giulietta.

An extensive introduction narrates the brand's corporate, production and sporting history in a highly discursive style. The central part of the book is divided into ten chapters that have as their leitmotif ten cars that have played a leading role in Alfa Romeo's sporting successes in its history.

Each chapter is accompanied by an extensive gallery of images, and examines a significant period, taking an in-depth look at the events linked to the competitions, cars, drivers, designers and test drivers.

Always at the centre is the "cuore sportivo" of the brand, and the role that sporting victories have played in defining its identity and consolidating the company's image amongst the public.

In this context extensive space is given to the most important road cars, also characterised by a strong component of technological innovation. Each section is concluded by a photographic portfolio of the symbolic car of every period, together with a brief technical description.

A chronology of all road models produced by the company and a record of the most important motoring victories complete the volume.
