The factory is the protagonist of the Ducati 2004 yearbook, the publication for Ducati's friends, in its seventh edition.
The choice was dictated by the conviction and recognition of the centrality and strategic importance of the factory and its location in Borgo Panigale, where Bruno Cavalieri Ducati laid the first stone in 1926.
In fact, "at a time when delocalization towards low-cost countries is the only way to defend Italian industry, it is important to underline the physical and spiritual link which the factory has with the territory, with the region of Emilia, the land of engines, with the generations who, before us, dedicated their efforts to building, with their genius and hard work, the legend which today is the envy of the world" (from the preface by Federico Minoli, President & CEO Ducati Motor Holding).
Beautiful images inside the factory accompany the text, including offices, departments and the track, with workers, mechanics and engineers.
