IL QUADRIFOGLIO, Alfa Romeo's quarterly magazine, was published for the first time in October 1966 with a far-seeing and very actual introduction by Giuseppe Luraghi, who explained the sense and intent of this publication, but went further and viewed the future of the automobile with enviable lucidity.
This publication, he writes, is not a magazine, 'it is really intended to be a "bulletin" through which we will bring to the attention of our friends every quarter: facts, news, data, useful information concerning production, the orientation of engine technology, sales and service in Italy and in the foreign countries where Alfa Romeo is present'.
Also, 'technical advice on the best way to drive, safety and maintenance of our cars, ... news on the sporting results achieved and prospects for the future'.
In short, 'an easy and pleasant means of contact, of continuous information' that allows all 'Alfisti' to feel near and to update directly.
In this slip-case, the issues of IL QUADRIFOGLIO published from 1966 to 1973 are collected together in 7 bound volumes.
