The great stories of Ferrari and Maserati, as well as Stanguellini, De Tomaso and Pagani, could not have come into being if the terrain of the province of Modena had not proved over the years to be particularly fertile and receptive to the myth of speed, motor engineering, beauty on four wheels and the pursuit of performance on track.
Here, 13 stories are told, each of them significant in order to tell another point of view on Motor Valley, far from the mainstream spotlights, but able to express its deepest sense and sign: ancient myths, master craftsmen, short but luminous parables, past adventures and new exploits, also on two wheels.
Each of these stories is a living testimony of the human, technological and historical value of the province of Modena, a practical demonstration of the axiom of the uniqueness of the land of motors, which today as yesterday is the pole star of the global automotive galaxy.
Each chapter, even if related to completed experiences, reveals something tangible: a small museum, a particular workshop, a stretch of road, a former factory, an iconic building. Resilient artefacts that tell and fully express the other motor valley.
