This volume - published in 1985 and written by two prestigious names of Italian motor journalism - is dedicate to all the Italian motorbikes that have been distinguished in sporting competitions since the beginning of the last century, and is divided into two parts.
The first includes the major motorbike marques, i.e. those that have achieved the highest number of victories; the second is a review of the minor ones, again selected according to a predominantly sporting judgement.
In both sections the makes are listed in alphabetical order and the main models are described in detail and historically framed. Accurate technical data sheets and many illustrations, most of them in colour, complete the overview.
Le Moto da Corsa Italiane has 189 pages.
