The first edition of this volume was published in 2007. It was the book through which Sandro Munari, the greatest Italian rally driver of all time, decided to tell the story of his life, inside and outside the world of rallies, in the first person.
The book is now being published in a new format, with the same text, entirely revised by author Sergio Remondino, and a new 'pocket' format, with a wealth of photographs, including many previously unpublished images.
The "Drago di Cavarzere", as he was nicknamed, tells his story from childhood to racing with karts, from his triumphs at Monte Carlo to Safari, a race he often dominated but never won.
An exciting story in which the main actors are also his historical co-drivers - from Mario Mannucci to Sergio Maiga - and, of course, the cars - Lancia Fulvia HF and Stratos above all - with which he was the protagonist of extraordinary sporting feats.
