ALFA ROMEO 6C 2300 - 6C 2500

The book is a collected work in three volumes and really a mile stone on the 6C's Alfa Romeo. Finally a new book about Alfa Romeo 6c 2300 and lfa Romeo 6c 2500. More than twenty years after the edition of Angelo Tito Anselmi's book that obviously remains , with different characteristics and now almost impossible to find, an essential book of 6C's Alfa Romeo world and perhaps for all car collectors. The same role that legitimately aspires the new work by Fabio Morlacchi and Stefano Salvetti.
The work is divided into three volumes: the first part regards the history and photographs of the 6C 2300/2500. The second is dedicated to the Register and its members. The final part is a documentary “collection” dedicated to advertising,drawings, awards and a list of cars included in the Register.
The first part will closely follow the chronological evolution of the two models, including the versions derived from the mass production version, the 6C 2500, and the models that were meant to replace it. It was decided to include only models that can be officially traced back to the Alfa Romeo production in this first part, and thus also all those versions used directly by Alfa, basically the racing cars and the “official” Alfa products which, however, were produced by external coachbuilders.
The second volume instead concerns a brief history of our Register, how it started and what it has achieved in the last twenty years. It gives members the chance to tell us why they fell in love with these fantastic works of art in motion and their experiences with them over the years.
Finally, the third volume is an appendix to the previous ones, although the documents and news reports are by no means secondary: the magnificent advertising and drawings of this period, rather than the many important victories of the 6C and the chassis included in the Register.
