Written by an author known for his great precision, Alméras la passion Porsche traces the long career of the brothers Jean-Marie and Jacques Alméras with Porsche cars, both as drivers and as preparers and team leaders, with no less than 80 episodes.
The book leads us from hill-climbs to world championship rallies and circuit events, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The last part is dedicated to Alméras' Team Martinet, managed since 2014 by Philippe Alméras, son of Jacques and Chantal.
For the realisation of this book, the author was able to rely on numerous testimonies from protagonists of the time and draw on the Alméras family's photo albums.
The stunning iconography is a trademark of the publisher, with many unpublished documents among the more than 300 included.
