Cleto Munari, a famous artist, especially in the design industry, gathered a few friends to make a team effort. A work with several hands destined to remain unique in the world, absolute, inimitable: the car Porsche 996 Cleto Munari, a true Work of Art.
AutOpera, its name. The base car, a 996, given by Porsche Italia to fulfil Cleto Munari's wish to create the world's fastest work of art that will be shown in a series of events for the Giubileo 2000.
Five eminent exponents of design were involved in the graphic realisation. In addition to Cleto Munari, who signs the bonnet, Mimmo Paladino the luggage bonnet, Cesar Pelli the roof, Alessandro Mendini the driver's side, Ettore Sottsass the right side.

Special edition with attached 1:43 scale model, a faithful reproduction of the Porsche 996 Cleto Munari art car, made by leading German company Minichamps, in only 500 pieces worldwide (as attested by the included certificate).
