The story of two restorations of a Bugatti 51 C that took place, the first in 1976, to which the author contributed, and the second in 2014, both carried out in Molsheim, home of the old and new Bugattis.
The complete history of the car is illustrated in the book: it was a prototype (first compressor engine) that also was used as a show car during the 1936 Motor Show.
