Prestigious bimonthly magazine, in english, entirely dedicated to Ferrari.

From issue 250 Cavallino is all new. More pages, more editorials, more photos, with the same splendid attention to detail.

In this issue:

  • Today, Cavallino celebrates its 45th anniversary. Issue number 1, for September/October 1978, featured a particular cover.
That cover, showing a work of art representing a prancing horse crest, is now legendary.
Enzo Ferrari himself, on seeing it, asked for a color print of it to frame. But he got something more! Something that was to hang over his fireplace in Fiorano for the rest of his days.
A wonderful and little-known Ferrari story, finally told by Chuck Queener.
  • The cover car of #257 is the 1959 Ferrari 250 Tour de France s/n 1143 GT. A very special car, sold new in Switzerland and raced in period. It spent most of its life in Europe, where it was transformed and resprayed before ending up in an American collection. Recently restored with the greatest respect for originality by Paul Russell, it has now been returned to its original configuration. As such, it has never been featured in a magazine before.
  • An interview with Sandra Button, a test drive of the Ferrari Roma Spider, and many more stories including reports on the Monterey Car Week; the Goodwood Festival of Speed; the Ferrari Cavalcade in Rome, Le Mans Classic and much more.
