Created in 1983, in the eastern part of the French North department, in the 90s it saw the debut of a generation of rally drivers: Sébastien Loeb, Bryan Bouffier, François Duval, Chris Meeke.
It hosted the French 2nd division championship, the Dutch championship, the ECA Cup and the Peugeot Cup, before stopping in 2003.
Re-launched in 2012, with a young and ambitious new organization, it has regained its place and enjoys enormous popularity with the public.
