At the dawn of the sixties, Count Giovanni Volpi of Misurata, a wealthy magnate of the time, decided to land in the fascinating world of motoring: the Scuderia Serenissima was born, under the coat of arms of the Winged Lion, effigy of Venice.
The volume traces the ten-year history of the team's magnificent adventure, through the words of the veterans of that time, the archive material and the splendid hundred vintage photos, provided by the archive of Actualfoto (Bologna).
