The Dino 206 GT, also known as the Ferrari Dino 206 GT, was the first car in the Dino series, named in memory of the Maranello company founder's son, Dino Ferrari, who had also designed his own V6 engine, and whose initials were the result of the engine's 2000 cm³ displacement, followed by the 6 representing the number of cylinders.
The Ferrari logo did not appear on the car, but rather the word Dino in italics on a yellow ground. It was replaced in 1969 by the Dino 246 GT.
This publication - volume 3 of the Super Car Complete File series from Neko Publishing - illustrates the Ferrari Dino in every detail, through a series of high-quality images.
Lots of shots that highlight and reveal the style and mechanics of this fascinating car.
