Encyclopedic work dedicated to Italian armored cars. The volume is divided into three parts. The first is dedicated to the doctrinal framework of the subject and the history of the operational use of wheeled combat vehicles.
In the second part, all the vehicles used or tested by the Italian Army from 1912 to the present day are chronologically described; i.e. armored cars, protected trucks, jeeps and crawlers, half-tracks and cannon trucks.
Each model is illustrated with black and white and color photos (mostly unpublished), constant scale drawings, heraldry and coloring notes and a summary of the technical characteristics and performances that it has been possible to ascertain.
A Century Of Italian Armored Cars – Un Secolo di Autoblindate in Italia has 426 pages, fully illustrated with b/w and colour photos and drawings.
