The intent of this book is to provide a tool to help clarify aspects of Borrani's genuine products over the years and all the inevitable evolutions that have taken place.
A brief history of the company is included to help understand the various name changes and how they have affected the brand, logo and corporate identity over time.
All the information included is supported by documents kept in the company archives. This indisputable proof includes original drawings, signed and approved documents by carmakers, correspondence, original pictures and so on.
Like any other company with such a long history in the automotive business, the fields in which Borrani has operated are many: certainly the automotive wire wheel market is the most famous and exciting, but it has also worked in the aircraft industry (until 1943) designing brake and hydraulic systems, shocks, fuel pumps and of course wheels.
