Formula 1 1987/88 recounts, with a wealth of detail and a rich photographic collection, the entire Formula 1 season that saw Nelson Piquet become world champion for the third time, ahead of team-mate Nigel Mansell and Ayrton Senna.

The authors have enjoyed the collaboration of Jean-Marie Balestre, President of Fisa, Patrick Tambay, author of a rigorous analysis, Giorgio Piola, for the precision of his technical drawings, and top photographers.

The hundreds of images that illustrate this work are spectacular and (mostly) unpublished. Some are true documents of a season, such as the accidents of Piquet at Imola and Mansell at Suzuka, or the collision between Prost and Piquet in Mexico.

The text, for its part, will perfectly render the events, facts and behind the scenes of this F1 season.
