From Futurism and studies on the movement in the 1920s to video art, the exhibition traced the most significant stages of the authentic cultural revolution that the advent of the motor produced in the last century.
The Myth of Speed takes the form of a fascinating journey through a significant part of the history of Italian creativity, represented by a calibrated and engaging dialogue between works of art, engines, design objects, photographs, and extraordinary documentary material.
A journey that intends to celebrate the peculiar way Italy in the 20th century was able to define and make internationally famous the myth par excellence of modern times.
